Vendor Registration will be in the Ryman Hall Registration area on Wednesday, August 23rd from 9am-4pm.

Badge Scanning:
If you want to participate in badge scanning, the link is here:
With this you will be able to scan a QR code on attendee’s badges and get the following information: Name, Company, Phone, Email, and Address. It is WAY easier than trying to copy down info. If you don’t have the badge scanning app, the QR code will not do anything.
Internet and Electrical:
You need to order this in advance through the hotel. Here is a link to the ordering portal. You will need to get an account, if you don’t have one already, and search for the show:

Do I have to ship my booth to the show?
No. You can unload with one of the many docks available to us. However, you must bring your own dollys/carts/hands.

Can I ship my booth to the hotel?
No. You must ship your booth to our Freeman, our General Services provider at the address in your portal.

How do I get access to my Exhibitor Portal?
You will receive an email from Freeman after March 1st with your portal login information.If you have not received an email, please contact Freeman directly via email at ExhibitorSupport@freeman.com or you can call 888-508-5054.
